Carlos Hurt, a 45-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on January 25, 2017. He was waiting in his vehicle in the driveway of a home on the east side of Cleveland when he was shot. Witnesses reported seeing a man in dark clothing running away from the scene.
