Tyrell D. Pratt, a 20-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on May 20, 2015, near 1416 East 112th Street. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 5 a.m., and Cleveland police launched an investigation to identify the suspects involved.
