Dontez Hopper, a 22-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2016, in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. when police responded to reports of shots fired on the 600 block of East 99th Street. Upon arrival, they found Hopper lying in a driveway with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite being rushed to University Hospital, Hopper succumbed to his injuries.
