Dominic Davon Williams, a 28-year-old Black male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2017. He was shot at the Photo Shoot Lounge located at the corner of East Fifth and Joyce avenues. Witnesses reported that a brief altercation occurred inside the lounge just before the shooting. Despite being rushed to Grant Medical Center for emergency treatment, Williams succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
