Tyrone Armstrong, an 18-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2017. Tyrone was sitting in a parked car with 25-year-old Chantel Flee when they were fired upon multiple times by an unknown suspect. The incident occurred at the 1500 block of Vance Street near Junction just after 10:00 a.m. Both victims were taken to nearby hospitals, where Tyrone was later pronounced dead at Mercy St. Vincent's Hospital, while Chantel was taken to Toledo Hospital.
