Norman Allen Sr., a 40-year-old Black man from Toledo, Ohio, died on May 27, 2025, after being shot outside the Circle K at 3819 Haverhill Drive in west Toledo. Officers were dispatched at about 6:11 p.m. and found the 40-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds; he was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Lucas County Coroner publicly identified him and confirmed his age and identity.
