Rhonda Kay McKeny, a 58-year-old woman from South Point, Ohio, tragically passed away on June 25, 2018. She was born on September 15, 1959, in Huntington, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Billy Ray Rowe and Martha Leffingwell Rowe. Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Kasey Ford, and three grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Brandon Franklin Clay.
