Jamel Sechrest, a 32-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on July 9, 2018. He was fatally shot outside a home that was being used as an unlicensed daycare facility. Sechrest was found suffering from a gunshot wound at around 10:31 p.m. on Wieman Avenue in East Price Hill. Despite initial reports that his injuries were non-life threatening, he succumbed to his injuries the following day at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
