William Bowen III, a 28-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2020. He was one of four victims in a quadruple homicide that occurred on that day. The other victims were Michael Eves, 47; Briggett Carter, 56; and Tasia Mason, 35.
