William Bowen III, a 28-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2020. He was one of four victims in a quadruple homicide that occurred on that day. The other victims were Michael Eves, 47; Briggett Carter, 56; and Tasia Mason, 35. The incident took place at two separate crime scenes, with Bowen and Eves found shot to death early in the morning on Reading Road near Glenwood Avenue, and Carter and Mason found shot dead later in the day inside an apartment on Clint ...
