Tabyus Terrell Chappell, a 29-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found lying outside a residence on South Yale Avenue with a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Mt. Carmel West Hospital, Chappell succumbed to his injuries at 12:40 a.m.
