Mike Zakrzewski, a 40-year-old male of Polish ethnicity from Toledo, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 28, 2018. Known affectionately as "Zak," he was a talented musician who played with several local bands, including "Pillagers," "MBK," "Hellskitchen," and "Zak and T Jaks." Zakrzewski was shot and killed on Toledo’s east side, and it was reported that he was not the intended target. The case remains unsolved, and the family continues to seek justice.
