Ramon Allen Jr., a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2019, in Toledo, Ohio. Ramon was found by Toledo Police suffering from a gunshot wound near Sterling Street in Downtown Toledo. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Saint Vincent's Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
