Christian D. Harbison, a 28-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically died on April 7, 2019, after being shot in front of 24 N. Hatfield Street. He was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses reported seeing two verbal and physical altercations in the parking lot behind 3921 W.
