Michael Aaron Bland, a 24-year-old male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2003. The incident occurred during the early hours of the morning, following a heated argument at a party hosted by Donald Martin. Bland and Billy Salyers, who were friends, got into a confrontation that escalated quickly. During the argument, Salyers pulled out a gun and shot Bland. Bland attempted to flee across the street but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
