Devin D. Powers Sr., a 32-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2019. Devin was shot and killed outside his family's auto shop, Quality Car Care on Euclid Avenue, following a heated argument that escalated into violence. The incident occurred early in the morning, and despite the efforts of medical professionals, Devin succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
