Alan Talbert, a 21-year-old male from Garfield Heights, Cleveland, OH, tragically died on February 17, 2017, after being shot in the stomach and leg. He was found lying in the front yard of a home in the 8000 block of Grand Division at around 8:05 p.m. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing a white SUV speeding away from the scene. Surveillance footage captured Alan walking on Grand Division just before the shooting. His death was ruled as Cleveland's 16th homicide of the year. ...Read More
