Alan Talbert, a 21-year-old male from Garfield Heights, Cleveland, OH, tragically died on February 17, 2017, after being shot in the stomach and leg. He was found lying in the front yard of a home in the 8000 block of Grand Division at around 8:05 p.m. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing a white SUV speeding away from the scene. Surveillance footage captured Alan walking on Grand Division just before the shooting. His death was ruled as Cleveland's 16th homicide of the year.
