Zane Cortez Johnson-Bell, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2016, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was walking on Woodhill Road near Crestwood Avenue when he was shot by an unknown assailant around 10:30 p.m. Witnesses reported that the suspect fired multiple shots at Johnson-Bell before fleeing the scene.
