Andre Block, a 36-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on August 29, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was shot in the chest during an altercation at East 28th Street and Cedar Avenue. Block was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. Investigators determined that Block had been involved in an argument prior to the shooting, and two men were seen fleeing the scene.
