Bryan Messer, an 18-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2019. He was shot in the parking lot of a Dollar General store on Glenway Avenue in West Price Hill. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m., and despite being rushed to Mercy West Hospital, Bryan succumbed to his injuries.
