Joseph Stewart Cobb, a 38-year-old male of Black ethnicity, tragically died on August 12, 2019, in Toledo, Ohio. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds at a home on Nevada Street and Parker Avenue and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred just after 7 p.m., and the suspect, Jarom Gillame Reasonover, was taken into custody at the scene.
