Jerry McNeal, a 31-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically passed away on November 18, 2017. He was known as a family man who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and making people laugh. Jerry is survived by his daughter, Malea McNeal, his mother, Sheila McNeal, his father, Jerry McElya, and several siblings.
