Tavion Belcher, a 21-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically died on November 23, 2019, from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on the 1800 block of Westland Gardens Road in west Toledo. Belcher was transported to Toledo Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
