Tavion Belcher, a 21-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically died on November 23, 2019, from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on the 1800 block of Westland Gardens Road in west Toledo. Belcher was transported to Toledo Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Dionte Perry, a 21-year-old male, was arrested in January 2020 in connection with Belcher's death. Perry was initially charged with murder but later entered an Alford plea to lesser charges of involuntary manslaugh ...Read More
