Shelton Martell Rambo Hicks, a 16-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically passed away on June 11, 2017. He was surrounded by his loved ones at St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo when he succumbed to injuries after being shot in the head. The incident occurred in broad daylight outside a school playground in North Toledo.
