Death by Force

On September 2, 2020, 15-year-old Tyler Jackson was fatally shot in central Toledo, Ohio. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. when Toledo police responded to a call and found Tyler Jackson and 10-year-old Vashawn Carrington suffering from gunshot wounds. Jackson succumbed to his injuries the following day, and his death was ruled a homicide.
