DeVontae Lamar Upshaw, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 4, 2020, in Lima, Ohio. He was found dead inside the Levels Lounge bar along with another victim, Terell McGraw, 28, while a third victim, Timothy White, 25, was discovered outside the establishment. The incident resulted in a triple homicide.
