Wayne Cottrell, a 39-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 19, 2020. He was found in the driver's seat of a vehicle that had crashed into a pole outside an auto body repair shop on London Road. Police officers who responded to the scene administered first aid but were unable to save him. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound.
