On October 27, 2024, at approximately 2:01 a.m., Portland police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 4500 block of Northeast 20th Avenue in the Sabin Neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Upon arrival, officers found 22-year-old Leno Batista-Guzman dead inside a vehicle parked on the curbline of the street.
