Alecia Shanese Norfleet, a 43-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on March 10, 2020. According to reports, she was found shot in the street on Reyburn Rd. and Hillsboro just before 3 a.m. Cleveland police launched an investigation into her death, treating it as a homicide.
