Karen Hunter, a 48-year-old woman from Shaker Heights, was fatally shot on September 1, 2020, at a Sunoco gas station on East 131st Street in Cleveland, Ohio. According to police reports, Hunter was involved in an argument with two other individuals in the parking lot when two unidentified men approached them and began shooting.
