Lafayette Smith, a 47-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on March 24, 2020, from a gunshot wound in College Hill. He was found suffering from a single gunshot wound around 11:15 p.m. on Atwood Avenue near Kenneth Avenue. Despite immediate medical attention, Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit took over the investigation, but as of the initial reports, there was no suspect information available. The investigation remained ...
