On the night of August 5, 2025, in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, John Joshua Isome, 35, male, was found gravely wounded inside a vehicle near Mohawk Place and West McMicken Avenue. Responding officers reported gunshot wounds to his head and chest; a firearm was discovered in the car, though investigators could not immediately say whether it had been used in the shooting.
