William Eugene Clendenning Jr., aged 52, was shot and killed on July 19, 2003, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred in the early hours at around 2:00 AM in front of The Dock nightclub, located at 603 West Pete Rose Way. A 911 call was placed, reporting a man lying on the ground, apparently suffering from a gunshot wound. By the time uniformed officers and paramedics arrived at the scene, Clendenning was already deceased.
