William Ray Riley, a 28-year-old man from Middletown, OH, tragically passed away on May 15, 2020. According to reports, Riley was involved in an altercation that led to his death. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Curtis Street, where Riley was shot by Jason Halcomb, 40, after Riley intervened in a dispute involving a group of homeless people. Riley was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
