Jeffrey Fellman, a 55-year-old man from Middletown, Ohio, was tragically murdered on September 19, 2022. He was found dead and dismembered in his home on Stone Path Drive. The Warren County coroner confirmed that Fellman died from multiple gunshot wounds, and the dismemberment occurred postmortem. The investigation revealed that Bonnie Marie Vaughan, 59, Fellman's partner, shot him in the garage of their home.
