Daniel Fitzgerald

Daniel Fitzgerald, a 25-year-old resident of Middletown, Ohio, was tragically killed on February 4, 2023. Fitzgerald was shot in the early hours of the morning at a residence on 15th Avenue, along with his friend Marvin Tyrone Davis II. The police responded to a 911 call around 3:27 a.m., where they found both men suffering from gunshot wounds. Fitzgerald was pronounced dead at the scene, while Davis was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
