Angel Vasquez Munguia, a 29-year-old Hispanic male from Indianapolis, was fatally shot outside a residence in the 4100 block of Bonita Drive in Middletown, Ohio, on April 3, 2021. The incident occurred when there was a knock on the door, and the suspect, Tomas Prieto Morales, did not answer but went outside instead. Vasquez-Munguia was armed at the time he was shot, and a gun was found with him.
