James Arthur Ottinger, a 57-year-old man from McClure, Ohio, tragically passed away on June 5, 2020. He was known as a jack-of-all-trades and was always ready to lend a helping hand. His death was a result of a shooting incident at his home on County Road 6, southeast of McClure.
