Jasper Braddy, a 33-year-old man from Marion, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing. On May 23, 2020, Braddy was shot three times by Jonathan P. Welch, age 34, during an altercation at Welch's residence on St. Gallen Avenue in Marion. Following the shooting, Welch buried Braddy's body in a flower bed on his property.
