Charles Allen Bear Feliciano, a 27-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2022, in Marion, Ohio. Feliciano was fatally shot multiple times in a parking lot located in the 100 block of London Street. The incident occurred during an altercation with Christian Gutierrez, a 20-year-old male from Marion, who was later identified as the suspect.
