Death by Force

Davon Lamont Lipscomb, a 19-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2020. He was shot multiple times in the 2000 block of Bickel Avenue in South Fairmount and later succumbed to his injuries at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the incident and launched an investigation into the homicide.
