On July 17, 2017, 27-year-old Rafeal Harrison was found shot to death in a parking lot in the 3300 block of Moosewood Avenue in Millvale, Cincinnati, OH. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m., and Harrison was pronounced dead at the scene. The police investigation revealed that Harrison had been shot once.
