She-ar Dornal, an 18-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on July 23, 2016, in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Dornal was found deceased in the courtyard area of the Stanley Rowe Community apartments on Lockhurst Lane. The incident occurred shortly before 3 p.m. following an altercation.
