Nevaeh Starr Stewart, a 14-year-old girl of African American ethnicity from Springfield, Ohio, tragically lost her life on January 22, 2021. She and her 12-year-old brother, Thomas Stewart, were found suffering from gunshot wounds inside their home on Russell Avenue. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, both children succumbed to their injuries the following day.
