On December 14, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas, 48-year-old Hispanic male Rafael Muniz and his brother, 50-year-old Hispanic male Arturo Muniz, were fatally shot during an early morning incident on the city's West Side. The tragedy unfolded around 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of Rivas Street, where a confrontation escalated, leading to the brothers' untimely deaths.
