Ja'Ermie Tyreece Spencer, a 34-year-old Black man from Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2021. He was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred in the West Toledo neighborhood. The other victim, Jaime Aldaco, aged 30, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Ja'Ermie was transported to ProMedica Toledo Hospital in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries.
