John Toyer, a 74-year-old man from Toledo, Ohio, tragically passed away on March 10, 2021. He was the victim of a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a Mobil Gas Station at Detroit and Central avenues. Toyer was inside his vehicle at the gas pump when shots were fired from a passing vehicle. He was treated at the scene and taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
