Victor Argente Rosenbloom Jr., aged 20, died on March 3, 2011, in Minneapolis as a result of complications from a shooting that occurred five years earlier. In 2006, when Rosenbloom was just 16 years old, he was shot in the neck while walking with his girlfriend in South Minneapolis. The shooting left him paralyzed, and despite medical interventions, the long-term effects ultimately led to his death.
