Victor Argente Rosenbloom Jr., aged 20, died on March 3, 2011, in Minneapolis as a result of complications from a shooting that occurred five years earlier. In 2006, when Rosenbloom was just 16 years old, he was shot in the neck while walking with his girlfriend in South Minneapolis.
