Romeo Romell Kendrick, a 20-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2021. He was found fatally shot in a wooded area along Brice Road, north of Shannon Road, around 9:15 a.m. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene and pronounced him dead at the location. Kendrick's death was later confirmed as a homicide, marking the 71st homicide in Columbus for the year 2021.
