On August 26, 2004, twenty-three-year-old Terrell Akins was found dead as a result of a gunshot wound in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred on Sullivant Avenue, located in Franklin County. Law enforcement from the Columbus Police Department responded to the crime scene, but despite efforts to investigate, the case has remained unsolved for nearly two decades.
