Adam Ace Mavrakis, a 13-year-old boy from Canton, Ohio, tragically died on June 20, 2021. His death was part of a devastating incident that also claimed the lives of his father, Nicholas Mavrakis, 47, his mother, Lesley Mavrakis, 37, and his 5-year-old sister, Pippa Mavrakis. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide, with Nicholas Mavrakis, a military veteran suffering from PTSD, being responsible for the deaths before taking his own life.
